You know the eligibility depends on monthly income and expenses. Hope you know we have higher percentage of low income earners here.

The inflation of the past decade is due to subsidy removal on petrol and dollars and other taxes to pay for more luxury for the president.

Maybe that explains why Americans are not doing japa to our country.

12 years ago, student go on strike for more than 6 months, queue in our fueling station, Bokoharam was Bombing at will, There wasn't a working refinery, our roads were death trap,governors were unable to carry out tangible project due to low FAAC, Bail out fund was the other of the day, the borrow to pay salary while all what you donwas to eat cheap imported plastic rice
