Why did the Doctors agreed to carry out the operation,when they knew they had no substitute arrangement in case NEPA takes light ? No proper planning. Act of unprofessionalism and lack of competence. Playing with people's life. They all need to be sure

Before any surgical operations are carried on a patient by a qualified surgeon some things must be put in place first like,

Blood
Alternative power supply
Ambulance
Medications

It's the fault of the hospital,the should be sued.

You skipped the head of department , CMAC, CMD, Minister . Up to the President . How can I argue or try to prove you wrong now mbong?

I don't know when the issues of erratic power supply will become a thing of the past despite the billions of dollars committed into the sector. When there is no political will, we'd keep witnessing such a shame. The Nigeria that I know from late 80's when there was peace and stable power supply while growing up is different to what we have today. Truly my generation really enjoyed life compared to what we have today.

What a shame! If the current administration can commit Trillions of naira in building white elephant projects like the coast highway, they could address the issues of epileptic power supply if there is a political will

The hospital likely took a deposit from the couple before starting operation. If they didn't fuel the generator, they killed the woman.

I have met with a hospital manager 2 months ago to make certain enquires and when she showed me their income and expenditure, I knew there will always be problems. The money the hospital spends is more than what is coming in. How can they deliver proper healthcare?

Who relies on NEPA for stable electricity?

Sad ! Until we demand all our politicians to be using our healthcare systems, things will not change. Wetin I know self .... President self believe in France and UK health care systems than his own presiding country.

I heard aso rock budgetted how much billions for solar farms for aso rock, why not start from this hospital, una too dey defend rubbish for this country.

Sometimes not even the government but the hospital heads. Because what sort of unprofessionalism is this?

And there'll be no consequences and no one will lose his or her license for this horrible incident.

This hurts so badly. So many avoidable death in this country.

It's really shocking and unfortunate.

This is purely wickedness, carelessness, negligence to duty etc combined and the hospital management should be prosecuted accordingly, and necessary professional certifications withdrawn to serve as a deterrent to others.

When you read some kind of news emanating from this country, you'll begin to ask yourself if we should still be classified as humans.

Omo CMD for those government hospitals are corrupt pass many politicians. They make.use of that 8yrs to finish the hospital.

This is so sad.
