There is a lot of jealousy in Africa. Those out of power wants to grab power for there own selfish reasons. African’s believe those in power are not only lapping it off but are actually sticking it on the eyes of those out of power hence those out of power do everything possible to gain power including negative and fallacious allegations.

So in a genuine elections in Africa no government would have a second term.

Ghana has been conducting genuine elections since the 1990s. I’m 100% sure that Presidents John Kufuor, Akufo-Addo and Mahama were genuinely re-elected by the masses.

Other African countries with genuine elections are Botswana, Seychelles, Liberia, Senegal, Malawi, Zambia and Mauritius.

They struggle to win that 2nd term. I believe they probably rigged it just like the way Buhari rigged that 2019 elections. There is too much wahala in Africa giving the opportunity we would vote out an incumbent without thinking twice.
