When I read about what happened, my heart break into pieces, the killers (terrorists) even order the tourist to strip their trousers and inners down to the knees for them to identify who is fully circumcised and who's not before gunning those who are not circumcised down.

I don’t think China has first hand war experience . They have mad war equipments sha. But experience counts . Russia has learnt a lot of modern warfare with Ukraine .

India is clearly trying to shy away from the responsibility of its failure to secure the lives of tourists in a region long known to be troubled and heavy militarized like Kashmir. If Pakistan was directly involved, I did expect a more sophisticated attack on India's security forces than crude religious terrorist attack like the Pahalgam attack although there is a possibility the weapons used were ten from Pakistani sources.

It is not about shying away, because it is obviously difficult to defend a heavy militarized region any where in the world. My issue is why will tourists want to go there even with the danger it presents?

The people of Kashmir have said it many times that they would rather go with Pakistan. India knows this, and that's why they're rejecting the referendum that everybody has called for

Even the United Nations has called for referendum so the people of Kashmir can pick the country they want to join.

Kashmir people are Muslims and face discrimination from India, their best option is to join Pakistan or get their own independent as a country.

Because India knows that the people of Kashmir will never want to join their country, that's why they rejected it.


India will be divided again, it just a matter of time.

It's a war that nobody will win because Pakistan is not a country that you can just walk over. They have strong defense systems that should be respected.

Both countries can't sustain a war at this point. Note they can start it but can't sustain it even their major backers won't be useful here. All this is just cause and effect, they will settle down eventually.

My point exactly, even far worse crisis have come and gone, some swept under the carpet for peace to reign. India and Pakistan can start a war but they can't sustain it hence why they won't start it in the first place.

They are like an husband and wife who quarrel at the market place for all to see but go home to settle it.
