All the times I left this country, especially in 2013 when I was away for about 3 months plus, I ensured I did not relate with Nigerians.

One time at a restaurant, this guy came up to start a conversation. We lived in the same hotel at the time, was seeing him regularly there. So, we talked for a while and I figured he's a Nigerian with a questionable business in the country. I ensured we never crossed paths again. I later moved out of the hotel to a rented apartment.

Not saying it's bad to relate with our countrymen abroad...just saying that I am uncomfortable establishing a relationship with someone I don't know so well..... especially persons with questionable characters.

Now, this young man that has managed to escape our country has gotten himself involved in one of the most stupid and senseless acts - cultism. Can never understand the reason people join cults. Them go say na to fight oppression but you and I know this is plane rubbish. I'm not a cultist, never been one...and nobody dey oppress me. In fact, na them dey even see the oppression...

People should learn to make better choices in this life sef. Parents got a lot to do! Media is deceiving parents....coercing them to make emphasis on the girl-child training...but in today's world, close attentions should be paid to both male and female children...as both genders have their tendencies.

Sadly, the French authorities may not even give this guy better punishment. The other day, we read here that a man that killed a Nigerian septuagenarian only bagged 12 years. Imagine...just 12 years for taking a life!

Cases like this should attract capital punishment through brutal death penalty like:

hanging with rope
gas chamber execution
electric chair

And if imprisonment must be used, it should be 100 years and above jail term with hard labor
