Emmanuel chinweuba Adama and akudo monica are not married but they both have a kid together, akudo monica was previously married with five grown up kids before she abandoned her marriage to engage in prepaid meters fraud with emmanuel chinweuba.
Their method is to approach new landlords and tell him or her that they have new and fast link of getting prepaid meter, akudo will provide her account details as a NEPA officer and after money is paid in, both of them will withdraw the money and run away. Akudo monica is from imo state while emmanuel chinweuba is from Nsuka.

Currently the case has been reported to state CID Enugu and Nepa office too. So the main purpose of bringing it here is to safe new landlords from falling victims and also to alert the public incase anyone is with useful information on how to locate and apprehend them, Currently they have defrauded many.

When I said the case is already with state CID Enugu. You can go there and make inquiry, if you know of their location, just alert me and watch manifestation of mor and more evidence in court.

Your job is not to arrest them or to believe me. You job is to be careful so that u don't fall victim and to alert me of their location if you know or see them.

I have already paid for their newspaper publication and radio and TV broadcast and you are worried about their pictures. Social media should be an instrument against criminality and fraud.
