Goodluck Jonathan

First, Jonathan didn't rule a second term, this could be marketed as his second term, plus Jonathan has proven he is not overly ambitious, he will stop after 2027 and handover to the North.

Jonathan was the first president to abolish fuel subsidy that Tinubu himself would later imitate.

Even Reno Omokri was picked as an aide by Jonathan, i doubt Reno would not support him.

Any coalition that doesn't involve Jonathan will fail drastically.

What is the crude comment? You comments was clearly borne out of ignorance. While GEJ will not bother himself with contesting, the North trust him more than Tinubu
Obiedun:
You will soon be banned for making crude comment

The only person who will be flogged here is Tinubu. In fact, the election will be over before 12 noon

In fact, if Jonathan were to announce that he's contesting, Tinubu being a master strategist would step down from the race.

only an Igbo would believe this

Tinubu that won APC, PDP, LP, the whole Igbo propaganda of hand dey shake leg dey shake, APC cashless policy, fuel scarcity even as an ordinary citizen

So u think it is now that he's d president that he will b scared?

Have u sit down n ask yourself how he was able to scale those hurdles as an ordinary citizen?

It's when you have a politician in power you talk about the next election before halftime. It means that kind of person has nothing to offer but politics. They can't govern. They can't lead. Think about it. It mens Tinubu has nothing to show for that it's 2027 that's the hot topic in 2025. Normally, we would be talking about 2 years in office but we are talking about who will defeat him. What a country.

Jonathan was a former president, he will carry a strong sense of nostalgia for the good old days, which is what got Buhari elected.

Jonathan's only problem was Boko Haram, aside from that, he was fairly chill he even congratulated Buhari and accepted his defeat something a whole USA president couldnt do.

You also have to consider how PDP members like Atiku worked against him, now Atiku is tasting his own medicine.

Jonathan could also win South South, Middle Belt and perhaps North Central.

Jonathan is not a weak candidate.
