Giving them the false idea that they are different so instead of being one big force to reckon with they are spread thin, into smaller and easy to manipulate unit. Your obsession with the Igbos is something else. Where on earth has centralized system of government brought more development to the people than confederation and federation? Besides, do you know that this is their method of administration that dates back to pre colonial era? Please read about the pre colonial administrations of most Nigerian groups and stop the hate on them.
