Ur politicians are there sharing the money they are supposed to be using to pay doctors, teachers and police well , When they fall sick, they travel abroad for treatment, We need to do something about these politicians before they destroy this country, Make we sidon here dey fight ourselves instead of fighting them |

Starting salary 5m monthly. It may not be anything compared to those abroad, but atleast those over here can live a reasonably decent lifestyle. |

you keep shiting where you eat, soon every billionaire will have to become electrician and mechanic. What keeps society functioning is more fragile than most people think. When someone can earn doctor salary abroad, why stay in country with civil servant terrorists, kidnappers , bandits etc. The colonial racist haters running the country from their embassies have forgotten that Nigerians are human beings, all the doctors are in thier country taking nursing jobs. |

This shows that the state government is responsible and interested in recruiting more medical practitioners but I believe if we have been planning well from years back, we shouldn't have scarcity of anything human capital in this country. The government should now start to treat teachers well and ensure they promote science courses through sponsoring of brilliant students on science subjects from across the local communities. It's time Nigeria government stopped spending shi shi on people who exposed their unclothedness to world and start giving millions to best students. |

I have said it repeatedly that we are not maximizing our potentials with the numbers of willing youths who are thrown out by JAMB and universities from studying medicine. We can increase capacity to have medical doctors for home use and export. In 10 years we can begin to reap the rewards in terms of medical practice at home and from diaspora remittances. |

Exceed15:All the betta ones worth their salt don japa, it is the bottom pot we are managing jare. After this apc criminals just came and wrecked the country. Which sane doc will stay in naija when he can earn over £100k in the UK or even over $200k in the US? Consultants earning half a million dollars or pounds? Everytime I hear of expecially the current spreader of mass poverty from iragbiji na so vex go de catch persin. Do you know few month before covid, I had 2m in an account I had not touched for years, I just woke up one morning and decided to change it and put in dom Acct. With how we were complaining under buhari regime ohh, I changed it for $3000 and £2000. Yes, just N2m. Today this so called builder of Lagos comes in and that same 2 million naira cannot buy me just £1k! Yet you have some sick head Nigerians still hailing who brought monumental poverty on their lives. Only a useless doc will remain in this country. |

A state like kwara state shouldn't have any workers at all due to the poor salary. A director in one ministry ( I'm not gonna mention it) earns 170k as salary. |

allen113:The pay is VERY poor in KWARA STATE, how I wish teachers can also JAPA, imagine level 08 step 2 being paid 75k. Level 08 step 2 in Oyo is earning 120k The difference between level 17 in KWARA and level 17 in Oyo state is 135k. I have a colleague though from OYO STATE working in KWARA STATE, the wife and children are in OYO STATE, the wife just got an appointment in Oyo, her salary is far far better than that of the husband working in KWARA STATE, the husband is now seeking for INTERSTATE SERVICE TRANSFER. THE SCALE OF SALARY IN KWARA STATE IS GENERALLY POOR -IT CUT ACROSS ALL BOARDS |
