Hey if you can get your hands on this 3 items I list here then you will be very happy and contented with your result.
Before I go any further, I will like to advice everybody who have been using charcoal toothpaste to please look for an alternative my reason is this charcoal have chuck particles in them even after grounding they still there and when you use to brush your teeth, it affects your gums and make them bleed and get bad breath and sometimes gum disease. ( it is advised not to use any toothpaste that has charcoal in them).

So back to the topic I will include pictures of them

1, plaque and tartar remover.
You get this it takes out all the tartar trapped in your teeth that makes your teeth brown and smelly. 100% worth it.

2, NOBS toothpaste.

Yellow teeth is normal teeth color, though not orange which is a stain. White teeth is weakened teeth. Your yellowish tinted teeth shows you have strong teeth. If you want to whiten without destroying enamel, use charcoal. Also, dentists abroad suggest you use soft toothbrush and not hard toothbrush which can destroy the teeth and cause plaque to buildup because the brush bristles cannot go between the teeth and clear plaque.

Bro. Google what baking soda is and ask even Ai if it can be used. Baking soda is used for cooking, making cakes etc. so nothing bad in it and for Xtreme toothpaste, it's just a charcoal mixed with normal paste.

That's for those who visit the dentist. The dentist will never tell you the truth. Just the regular charcoal and baking soda for cooking alone will do wonders. Knowledge is power.

Mix Turmeric powder+coconut oil+charcoal+baking soda with any tooth paste and brush daily with it

U can as well use the mixture without toothpaste

Lemon, hydrogen peroxide and apple cider vinegar whitens the teeth ,but their side effect on enamel is not worth it

Stay clear of any "whitening" toothpaste . That has even stronger chemicals in them that will eat away the enamel of the teeth and damage the gum .... then what? Dark people are blessed with white teeth.... others have off white to cream teeth. Yours may be severely discoloured depending on your diet...or not cleaning regularly. It is best to use more natural products to clean...but if your teeth are not naturally white ... nothing except paint can get them white. As someone suggested ...use charcoal and baking soda ..may add a little salt and brush maybe thrice a day. Hopefully they may return to the colour they were before this present colour took over. You may also use the natural chew stick which has agents than help clean ...heal and get rid of harmful bacteria in the mouth .

First I believe you are talking about Chalk particles and not Chulk particles. Anyways Chalk particles in toothpaste doesn't affect your teeth in anyway. Chalk particles are put into toothpaste to protect your teeth from germs and harms or bad breath and whatever you say it gives. Something else might have affected your teeth and stop saying the opposite of another thing.

Try arm and hammer with bicarbonate toothpaste. If you don't have it where you live then buy bicarbonate soda, it's a white powder used for cooking and cleaning, add some of it to lemon juice and turn it into a thick paste and brush your teeth with it 2/3 a week and then once a week when you notice a difference. The arm and hammer toothpaste can be used daily and you will notice the difference in a week and your smile will be bright and white going forward. These solutions are only for mild discolouration and not dental issues though.

The above prescription will burn away your teeth gum gradually within few months and they are not replaceable. Beware.

Just visit a dentist.

The solution won't cost you ₦500. Simply buy or get some charcoal and use it to brush your teeth, rubbing it from one tooth to another. After that, brush again with your regular toothpaste. Do this up to five times, and your teeth will be white and shiny.

Look for a charcoal, grind it into a powder, and store in a container. Use it to scrub ur teeth back and forth on a daily basis. Brush your teeth with maclean afterwards.

For quicker action, mix grounded charcoal with a little salt cool
