Simple solution. Grind charcoal and mix it with salt. Use it and brush twice daily, morning and night. In 2 to 3 weeks, your teeth will whiten.

A strong toothbrush will probably wear away the enamel, which is the outermost portion of the tooth, exposing the dentin, making the situation worse.

You should ask a dentist how to build back the enamel of your tooth, which I'm not sure is possible.

Bleaching will also probably erode your enamel, exposing more of your dentin making your tooth fragile and the situation worse.

Do you take agbo(harbal drink) regularly at a time in your life? If so, see a dentist for tooth whitening and tell them you take agbo and they will tell you what to do.

Try arm and hammer with bicarbonate toothpaste. If you don't have it where you live then buy bicarbonate soda, it's a white powder used for cooking and cleaning, add some of it to lemon juice and turn it into a thick paste and brush your teeth with it 2/3 a week and then once a week when you notice a difference. The arm and hammer toothpaste can be used daily and you will notice the difference in a week and your smile will be bright and white going forward. These solutions are only for mild discolouration and not dental issues though.
