Stop explaining to him. From the way he talks you will know he has never done business before.
nedekid:
Oga, I have a line of business I have done for years 2014 I use to charge averagely 60k or $428, today I charge 250k which is more right, but guess what, 250k gives me $150!
Crazy thing is running cost eg diesel, petrol and others has also increased bringing my actual earning to less than $150 compared to the running cost of pre buhari, apc and Tinibu.

1. Effects of various unions
2. Cost of transportation with charges from various check points
3. Greed

Those could be the underlying factors

The government made a false promise to remove tax on imported food and still have borders locked
I'm not sure Tinubu administration truly knows how expensive food is for the average Nigeria. Tax shouldn't only be remove on imported food, the ban on the importation of rice, meat, fish, tomatoes, pepper etc should also be lifted.

Let's tell ourselves the truth, we have been having a cosmetic economy before Tinubu, though I still don't completely agree with some of his policies and the inhumane posture of his administration but what we have now is the true reflection of how bad our economy was/is, the true value of our naira is what we have now and for a country like ours that depends 90 percent on importation except you want to be mischievous you'd agree with me that commodity prices will skyrocket as local currency loose value. What we should focus on his how to turn things around in the shortest possible time which I've not really seen any clear plan this government has to do so.
I think it has to do with apc policies generally . They seem not to have the right policies. Apc we’re still managing the naira artificially during buhari yet the curve was nosediving. Apc appears not to be well prepared. They just wanted the power , some people still prefer them anyway for selfish reasons

All your governors and states are receiving more than twice their previous allocations, but you failed to ask how it happened and most importantly who made it happen. Hypocrisy.
There is no other way it happened but digging hands into the Treasury without any balance and checks...

The first failure or mistake of Tinubu's administration is mentioning about subsidy removal , even before he mentioned it, the rumour alone started causing increase in price of things and petrol ...

A President who is yet to have a meeting with his Ministers or Special Assistants, Senators etc is already removing fuel subsidy that he doesn't know the meaning of it ...

The economy is biting hard, you are talking about Governors getting twice their allocation, to whose detrimentshuh?

What are the Governor's doing with their state revenueshuh?
What benefit has the increase done to the masses

You should rather be talking about how to reduce the food inflation of Tinubu's reforms.

Your reasoning is sounding agbadoish....are you one of themhuh?

I think Peter Obi might be a soothsayer on Nigerian affairs. Everything happening today is exactly as he predicted it in 2022 . The only people suprised are probably people who never followed him
There’s nothing like soothsayer, you yourself, if you look the country presently, can’t you predict the way it’ll go?
