Do you think that Mrs Okonjo Iweala was confused when she said the truth?
Okonjo-Iweala must have said that to make it easy for her to get favours from the Buhari administration. Moreover how does the borrowing then compare with the amount borrowed now with zero socioeconomic impact?

The man posted IMF statistics and you say he is “silly”.

Of course if it had Nigeria as last-placed country, you would accept it and repost it.

Anything positive about Nigeria is always “silly” in your sick, traitor heads.
You're jumping to conclusion. I have been a strong supporter of subsidy removal and the floating of the Naira. I feel the reforms should have even gone deeper.

I am talking from an academic point of view and not sentimental.

Can you tell me what a 3% economic growth rate implies for Nigeria?

The way Nigeria economy is growing may your generation grow at that speed. May your children's performance in school be like the abysmal performance of APC in government

Very evil.
Peter Obi is the only problem they have.

Evil people.
Re: Reno Omokri Posts Fastest Growing Economies According To IMF by doncartel: 4:46pm On Apr 30, 2025
Let Peter Obi even pull out of the race and help them turn Nigeria into what they want.

No to judicial independence, no to legislative independence, no to inec independence, no to free and fair elections, no to anti-corruption, no to human rights, no to multi-party democracy and no to all opposition.

Nigeria will then look more like their role model China while Obi helps to model the South-East after our own role model USA.

Naysayers keep wishing against facts and figures, the truth of the matter is the bottom is in. They did all they could to exacerbate the pains of repositioning our economy on their fellow citizens for political gains, yet they fall failed to turn back the hand of clock on PBAT's determination to remake our economy. Daily now, the good news are trickling in, yet they prefer lies and propaganda to sell their mission. They are tugging on ethnic disaffections to promote their agendas. #DOA! Forward Ever!

The Bottom is in! The Bottom is in on our pain and suffering! The bottom is in on our economic free fall! The bottom is in our infrastructural neglect and decay! The bottom is in on the decay of both our educational and healthcare delivery systems nationwide!

Nigeria was down in 2014 when Okonjo began to borrow billions to pay workers because oil began to sell for 78 dollars.
They were doing 2 million plus b/d of oil at around 120-150 dollars for more than 4 years..
There were ASUU strikes and all sorts of strikes that lingered and the worst was borrowing money with the trillons Nigeria made from oil during that period. In the history of Nigeria,no govt ever made that humongous revenue.

I have told you that they couldn't manage the economy again when the price of oil went down to 78 dollars, that is how clueless they were.
Today,oil is 62 dollars.
Who is better?
Stop being a mediocre,sir.

Mr Edun is managing the economy better with oil at 61 dollars,1.4 to 1.5 million b/d.
Paying workers when due.Trippling govs revenues...most of them are paying their debts and executing laudable projects.
Nigeria has paid off 41 billion dollars debt, settled the 30 trillion ways and means of Buhari, settled the 7 billion dollars of the foreign airlines,GDP last growth was 3.something even better than Britain and some Western nations and above all, things are beginning to ease(Things went awry because of the removal of oil subsidy which Nigeria was borrowing money to sustain).

You want a better Nigeria but get depressed about any positive news while getting ecstatic over every bad report concerning the country.

Since Reno Omokri called Bola Ahmed Tinubu a drug trafficking baron on the grounds of London's Chatham House while Bola Tinubu was speaking inside the house, but Tinubu eventually became president of Nigeria, Reno Omokri has been doing everything in the world to please president Tinubu.
