Do not always feel sorry for the poor. You can but not always. Not until you proper observe them. Dont worry many of them are not dieing as you think they rather well adapted. What will break you may make them laugh. They may be scarily well fortifield by suffering. Some can read you in a heartbeat and easily manipulate you if they sense you easily move by compassion. If you really want to help them you will first have to spend time with them and watch their development. Some have dark habits they just can't break away from and its holding them back. Other lack opportunity even with talents. The environment you may say limites them, ..only then can you really know when or how to approach help. Any other money donations are blind help.
