As for the person who said his card was with him, some site don't need that your plastic card, they just request for first and last 4 digits of the card, the ccv and possibly the pin and unfortunately, a POS agent can easily get this things if you withdraw from him/her regularly. In Nigeria the banking sector is not to prepared to meet the challenges of the electronic channels to which they expose their customers. So I will any individuals who can maintain 500k and above in bank account to operate at least 2 bank account, one for your frequent transactions within 100k to 200k, on that account, you can use ATM card, another that retain 300k to 2m this you maintain check and strictly tell the bank that you do not want anything online transactions or ATM transaction on it, if possible write that on the mandate form that you filled for the bank so that should any issue comes up you can tell them to bring your account opening form. On this account just use cheque. Another one for money above 2m, on this account, you can tell them you don't need check or anything, the o ly time money will leave that account is when you enter the bank to fill transfer form. However these can change in line with your financial position but don't risk any money that you cannot easily let go, if that becomes the case.

You don't just arrest and imprison people because they made verbal or written accusations.

How else do you Nigerians want to be educated on basic rights of citizens especially in a democracy?!!


You simply sue the person via your lawyers.

It's the court that will then summon the person to appear and prove his allegations or accusations.

It's the judge that issues a bench warrant for arrest if the person fails to appear.

1st of all.... If an ordinary man go to gtb to make complains, u go there... Fill whatever form you are asked to fill..... Nobody will arrest you....
If they can't arrest a normal person for making complains, will it be wise then to arrest someone like vdm with a large fan base because he came to make complains

What if vdm was wanted for something else and was tracked to gtb??

Arrest can be made but no imprisonment. Police can charge the person to court on the complainant behalf after their investigation. Nothing arbitrary about that process

Brother the citizens of this country called Nigeria are the biggest problem of this country not the government that we blame every day, believe me.
