I won't even stay in that house, those staying there shouldn't complain, but the Landlords should be fair and not to attach high prices on their buildings.

Am talking about caution fees and not the rent, caution fees of N250k is on the high side, it depends on what is in the house, building that type of house with that amount won't sense because the Landlord will be expecting someone who is rich like a business man, politician or a musician to stay in his apartment, people in the middle class won't be able to pay for such property.

Not in a building of N150M and the house rent will be in the range of N5m-N7m, even a level 15 officer can't afford that rent with family upkeep.
