Nigeria issues can be tiring, and then we still have Igbo issues.
I use to think our people were a wise people, but the more I dug deep into our modern day behaviour and handling of our position in modern Nigeria, the more I saw folly and it messed up my mental health.
I needed some break to concentrate on my personal goals.

Remember how we fought this war in the years past even as a fearless teenager I was then. We started from our history, language, culture, uniting our people and so on. Some igbos are so insecured with a touch of low self esteem that they judge themselves with what they heard from others. Our politicians are nothing to write home about in terms of fighting for a united course. Our people so scattered. Our women nko?, especially those ones born outside south east, they're terrible. I read a post on Facebook sometimes ago from a supposedly Igbo woman talking trash about our sacred marriage tradition. She was of the opinion that we usually take marriage so serious in the East. She was like we should copy from Yorubas where a woman would be married and still be having children and affairs freely outside her marriage. Imagine the mentality.

I read another post from another supposedly Igbo lady talking down on Igbo men. How rigid, intolerant, unromantic and stingy they're.
Sometimes the character of some of our people will just weaken you..

Igbos vote competence, honesty, uprightness, good leadership, etc. They want a functional free, fair, and just society. Tell who among those the voted against represent any of the interest of Igbos? They don't vote for the sake of it. Did the vote for Dim Emeka Odimegwu Ojukwu when he contested? Why didn't they vote for him massively considering his status in igboland.
