Why have you so contradicted yourself? Did you not read your words before posting?

In one breathe you said that Obi chose “war war”. In the other breathe you said that Obi and Otti “were behind Abure when all these things happened”. If that was the case, why did you not wonder why the same Obi and Otti turn their backs against Abure? Or is politics no longer a game of interest?

All the while Abure was accused of embezzling public party funds, people like you accused Obi of keeping silent and supporting Abure. What if Obi found out by clear cut evidences that the allegations were correct and cut off his support?

By the way, is the Chairmanship Abure’s life title? Other parties replace their Chairmen and the parties move on? Why must the case of LP be different?

Did Tinubu publicly send emissaries to El Rufai? If he did not publicly send emissaries to El Rufai, how did you want to hear that Obi sent emissaries publicly to Abure. By the way, accountability is very crucial if we want our nation go move forward. Having presented damning evidences against Abure, how would you expect Abure to remain as the party Chairman? When Beta Edu was accused of siphoning public funds, why did Tinubu not support her and leave her in the office yo continue.

So, who made him?. The name of Obi was not on the ballot, it's the logo of the party that's on it. You forgot Labour Party had produced a Governor and lawmakers in the past. In the determination of this, what INEC seeks to question is:
1. Who are the stakeholders with? LP was founded by the Organised Labour - NLC & TUC. Infact, the Certificate of Registration of the LP is in the NLC Headquarters. On whose side are they?

2. Like I have argued many times, NEC can be called by two-thirds members of NEC, nobody says it must be the Chairman or NWC.

3. That the tenure of Abure has ended is not in doubts. That the Convention that birthed his "infamous self-declared second term" did not follow due process is unassailable. When the tenure ends, what happens knowing there is no vacuum in Government. A Caretaker Committee is set up.

4. That Abure did not follow due process in the conduct of his "re-election" was also affirmed by INEC.

5. That Otti is the only Governor of the Party is not in question, that Peter Obi is the leader of the Party is agreed and affirmed by both parties, who are majority of NEC/caucus members with?
I mean those like State EXCOs, Zonal EXCOs, Ward EXCOs, Stakeholders of the Party, former guber aspirants, leaders, members of State Assembly, NASS members and stakeholders of the Party.

Your nos2 and 5 above, are they so recognised in the LP constitution or you're just assuming based on party convention
