So, i received email from the above university with offer letter to study at post-graduate level (masters) in finance.

No fear.... How is it going? I plan to start but i should be considering Portugal. Please keep me in the know on how the process is going.

It's going fine bro, but why considering Portugal or over Luxembourg? The fee in Luxembourg is just €400 and Visa process is not cumbersome, just simple as ABC for students.

Luxembourge is more easier to process compare to Portugal...Do you know the price of Portugal visa appointment price alone

Far cheaper in all ramifications, even the tuition fee is better and cheaper than Portugal

No, they don't operate block account, it's basically your Nigeria account statement, however the balance will be N32m+ (€17,766)

No, they don't have embassy in Nigeria, but you will send your application through courrier direct to Luxembourg, then the authority will grant you authorization to stay, and as soon as you receive your authorization to stay you will proceed to Belgium embassy in Abuja or France embassy in Lagos to get your passport stamp and Visa issued

For, HND, I don't know, but as for me I have Bsc with GPA of 3.68 from UNN

Hi Linzo, I saw your post on Nairaland. I applied for the 2025/2026 Masters programme, I didnt know about it on time but started my application on the 9th of April, 2025 but my transcripts and recommendation letter didn't come till yesterday which I already uploaded. Do you think I should still go ahead to make the payment as the deadline is 30th of April but allowed for submission on the portal till 7th of May, 2025.
Also, I would like to know if you attached a certificate of English proficiency or you were accepted based on the fact that we are an English speaking country.

Firstly, I don't believe late submission has any impact on been admitted, i say so because I applied and make payment just 7days to the closure and got admitted on yhe 27th April

Secondly, i didn't submit any English proficiency certificate, I only submitted the letter giving to me by UNN that my Bachelor's was in English. I will chat you now
