Tinubu And His Game So Far by NotProphet(op):
this is a personal opinion based on observation

The Tinubu and SW game so far isn't working for me.
The administration's strategy isn't convincing. While people can be forgiven for their 2023 presidential election choices, 2027 will be different.
As President, Tinubu's performance from 2023 to 2027 will be his ultimate legacy, overshadowing his "Lagos legacy", if there is anything like that.

Secondly,
Constantly attacking Peter Obi or other oppositions instead of showcasing Tinubu's accomplishments by his supporters is counterproductive. This approach won't win over critics. Furthermore, the tribal divisions and polarization Tinubu's administration has allegedly perpetuated, particularly between the Southwest and Southeast regions, are deeply concerning.

Never in Nigeria's history has the country been so divided along ethnic lines. This speaks volumes about the President's responsibility to promote unity and peace. Instead, some members of his cabinet seem to be fueling tribal divisions.

In contrast, during President Goodluck Jonathan's administration, the Southwest was a vocal critic, but the South-South region didn't retaliate with tribal warfare. Similarly, during Buhari's administration, various regions spoke out against the government, yet the North didn't respond with tribal violence.

The Tinubu presidency has achieved one unfortunate milestone: it has created an atmosphere where criticizing the government, regardless of its performance, is being discouraged. This sets a worrying precedent for future administrations.
Re: Tinubu And His Game So Far by owobokiri(m):
APC as a political party was formed out of hate.
Don't forget that this party came into existence after politicians from the north and south west, harassed a hapless Goodluck Jonathan to no end. To these people, power belongs to these two groups post 1970, and anyone outside these two regions assuming the presidency, must be harangued out of power. Fashola put it somehow like this after a meeting between buhari and Tinubu in lagos; "those who lost the war should not be enjoying more than those who won the war"!

That was the weird mentality behind the formation of the worst political party in Nigerias history by Tinubu and Buhari! And it is this sort of petty divisive mindset that propels all sorts of apartheid and janja-weed policies you see from APC. The party never came to govern. It was all about settling scores, looting for tribal interests and taunting the groups that are not in power. ..They are on borrowed time anyways. Nigerians now know better. Only a matter of time before that assembly of lootocrats and tribal upstarts is consigned to the dustbin of history where it rightly belongs.. I hope it is banned forever thereafter..

Why am I seeing this Tinubu's paid agent post today? I've since blocked him, Yarimo and their numerous alternate accounts. I don't want to see their lies and propaganda anymore.

But, it Seems the new nairaland's "block" is not 100% effective. I will reblock them anyways.
