What many people don't understand is that sentencing someone to death by hanging doesn't mean the person will be executed immediately. He will appeal the sentence and most times linency of life imprisonment will be melted. Democracy have crippled the society that most murderers have gone scot free while they languish in prison cells.
Gone are the days when death sentence by firing squad will be intitated immediately the next day.
