Some of my guys that applied for Graduate Integrity Engineer were sent Rejection emails last week.

What do you think may be wrong?

Just forget any one that says "No longer under consideration"
It means you've reached your bustop on that application, they are no longer considering you.
Move on to the next job opening.

ExxonMobil reposted some of the jobs again on their website due to a programming error for alot of the graduate roles. If you previously applied and got 'no longer under consideration' they'll email you and encourage you to apply for the position again because they made a mistake in the application questions/backend.

Does someone here know how the test would be like?
When it may happen?
How many test stage? And if onscreen calculator would be used?
