In developed countries, they only arrest when a prima facie case is established. In Nigeria, we arrest on mere suspicions and release when not found guilty. Standing justice on its head.

Instead of arresting upon investigation they arrest to investigate. That's why you'll get a remand order from useless courts rather than charging people to court

There are few "preys" that predators have no choice but to regurgitate for their own safety.
