I don't think FG subscribes its employees to any one HMO under the NHIS scheme.

Staff of ministries, departments, agencies and parastatals are assigned to HMOs based on location and other criteria.

I'm in the East, and under Hygeia HMO

Addition of new dependants takes about 2 weeks to a month to come through after registration and documentation at the NHIS office. (Don't know if this is due to NHIS or the HMO).

No queues or delays when calls are put through at the point of use i.e Fast response time.

Code generation is fast too.

i was using AXA mansard . as an oyel empoyee we had platinum. and it was good.

stay away from red care unless you only use reddington - they were always having issues with providers to the point patients were getting turned back if they used redcare.

I have used AXA before where I used to work in the past and their corporate plan is top notch . Their service was smooth and I had no complains.

Where I work currently dem Dey use one yeye HMO wey I no understand and almost everyone complains about them and their services .

I will still recommend AXA , tho I don’t know much about Leadway and Hygeia sha
