Even with this the parents are still not categorize as poor in this context because some these still have assets can sell to pay off or have rich friends that can pay for them or borrow them. Poor people will not see the bill of entrance form, uniform and school fees and enrol their children. This is not the type of school for the poor, better cut your coat according to your size to avoid had I known

This is just a new school that is just properbly commissioned and many more just know about it for first time. How has your yes or no stopped general comment for you to stop lamenting because you can't afford it? Do you have kids there before you started your general lamentation? How has putting your kids to school you can afford been so difficult for you to understand?
