I commend His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, for the recent resolution of Nigeria’s outstanding debt to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

This significant accomplishment represents a substantial step towards strengthening Nigeria’s economic foundation and securing a more prosperous future for its citizens.

The successful negotiation and apparent settlement of this longstanding debt issue is expected to yield numerous positive outcomes.

It will not only contribute significantly to domestic economic growth and development, fostering job creation and attracting foreign investment, but will also enhance Nigeria’s credibility and standing within the international financial community.

This improved standing will undoubtedly unlock further opportunities for economic collaboration and development partnerships.

The President’s decisive action in addressing this complex challenge demonstrates strong leadership and a commitment to sustainable economic progress.

The anticipated positive repercussions on the quality of life for all Nigerians are significant and highly commendable.

We eagerly anticipate witnessing the positive transformations this achievement will bring across various sectors of Nigerian society.

According to ELON (emergency lovers of Nigeria) people.
Nigeria has not paid it's debt, if u calculate the MTN, Airtel and Glo charges and tariffs with interest, u will know Nigeria still owe debt.

I have never seen a set of people that are so bittered with goodnews

It's shocking seeing some people being pained about your own country pay off her debts. When any positive news brings them pains, it's crazy.

Keep lying, till today, we still acknowledge OBJ for it. And there's a difference here, while OBJ got debt forgiveness, Tinubu paid off the debts. Stop being bitter.

Lol
What did he win
The debt was taken by Buhari and was already being paid off by Buhari before he took office
Before APC took office Nigeria was not owing imf a dime
All these whitewashing when World bank debt of $13.5bn is still hanging on our necks

Some dude who bought a container of strange Indonesian outfits will say that paying off IMF loan does not mean anything when multidimensional poverty rate in Nigeria is greater than Indonesia, China, India and Vietnam combined.

Now ask him how to address poverty, he'd say as follows:

"Very good question. I just came here from the prison. If you want, I can take you with me next time. When I got to the prison, the prisoners knew I came to talk to them. Rufai, go and ask what I studied. I studied Market to-Market Marketing in Havard. I am a marketer, a distributor. I trade. To tackle poverty, we must remove tollgates. If my wife and children are not corrupt, we have solved poverty".

His gang would then say:

"Nigeria deserves this man. He has so much potential in understanding the problems".

Hahaha Hahaha agbadorians are simply shameless, tinubu is like that man that borrowed money from many sources to cater for his family but he used part of it to take care of himself alone then carry some of the borrowed money to pay the person that could give him wahala for road and some of his hungry children is singing his praises why some of his kids is complaining of hunger ....agbadorians are the hungry kids that sing his praises why reasonable people of all regions rich and poor are complaining about the hardship in this family called Nigeria

TILUMBU wins . . .
Nigeria owe many entities BILLIONS of dollars undecided

So because tilumbu managed to FINISH paying off just one of those creditors a couple of MILLION dollars . . . We should start clapping for him? 🤔 While we are still going to keep paying it's accured interest in millions of dollars and STILL OWE BILLIONS to the remaining entities that we owe debts cry

APC truly have nothing to showcase to Nigerians angry
