It's true. I work with the health sector and I met judiciary workers who confirmed same. FG increased salary of grade level 1 from 35k to 75k but for those above grade level 1, they got flat rate of 30k. For self funding agencies like firs, they got the real consequential adjustment because their salaries doesn't come from FG directly but from their internal management

Only self funded agencies paid the consequential adjustment. I work in federal teaching hospital and I was also at the federal high court and can confirm this two agencies got 30k flat payments

lol. Post your payslip of any month this year and show me where 30k is added to your salary. I will post my own too to back up my claim.

if you work with the FG you will understand. Tinubu is not the first or second to do salary adjustments in Nigeria. Grade level 15 and grade level 7 cannot go home with 30k and 32k increment respectively no matter the formular used. The marginal difference cannot be In the range of 5k self between these two grades. The govt itself has acknowledged this error in a circular release several months back
