Work on the block please. When someone is block even if he like let other users quote him make it to be private. Once I block you, I won’t see anything about your comment even if my ancestors like make them quote you, I won’t see their comments and also make the block permanent until I choose to unblock the person then Nairaland will be sweet again. I’m tired of APC urchins disturbing our peace.

Not really, more of transferring the risks associated with managing users' login credentials. Safer using OpenIDs like Google, Yahoo or Apple with very high level of security around their operations than just managing them on your own. Way to go @Seun!!!

PS: You can still register and login the old-fashioned way. The Google option is for your convenience.

this is commendable but please work on the multimedia aspect. Uploading photos have become a chore and when you finally manage to upload the picture, the quality is really poor

Going by what the UI was and similar forum designs in 2006, it will most likely involve total rewrite, even the database structure, type, front end , will need total fucking rewrite. Even the changes and modification so far must have been hardwork.
