There's no need for that.
It will certainly have no impact on the common man on the street.
Northern elites , leader's/ stakeholders are greedy. Before they got to this meeting, they all drove on the street,seeing more beggars and people needing assistance. None of them stopped bye. They're all talking of the next election.
