Can any one tell me why all these defections to the ruling party?
Well, this is my own analysis.
1. They all realize that Tinubu is sure of 2027.
2.They knew that Apc will continue ruling in 2031 after Tinubu
3 They knew power is returning to the North
4They knew that Jagaban has the power to anoint his successor
5 In order not to be left behind, they has no option than to do his bidding.
6 All of them are jolstling for that exalted office in 2031.

APC doesn't seem to perceive that they are only building a boring party system. All these defection will end as being fake.

Nigeria is gradually turning to a 1-party state.

The everyday news about PDP members defection to APC is the new national anthem.

How is El-Rufai and Atiku coping with this news? El-Rufai needs to monitor his BP regular because this can cause high BP.

In my opinion, INEC ought to establish a policy to put an end to this party defection nonsense.

Obi ran from APGA to PDP to LP.

Nigerian democracy needs a new law. Anyone elected on a party's mandate must step down from that office if they change parties while in office. This is becoming disgraceful and shows a lack of understanding of what democracy is.
