1)Human procreation: I became an antinatalist in my teenage years after reflecting on the journey and meaning of life, the sufferings and futility of everything. It doesn't matter if you are a multi billionaire, existence alone can be enough suffering and burden for your offsprings. You cannot guarantee how life will treat them.
They might suffer terrible diseases, accidents, abuse, boredom, loneliness, unhappiness, etc. And even if any of these doesn't happen. Conscious existence alone, especially with sentience can be enough hell and burden on its own.

2)Animal farming or husbandry: Only recently, did it occur to me that breeding animals for whatever purpose is actually wrong and unjust. It doesn't matter how good you are to this animals, any form of conscious and sentient life propagation is wrong. This animals can fall sick, suffer pain, terrible illnesses, etc. The mere act of creating a sentient being, human or animal is wrong. Existence alone can be enough suffering and burden.

3)Animal and animal products consumption: When we trade, hunt or consume sentient animals of any kind, including sea lives. We cause them pains and sufferings, directly or indirectly. Even most animal products are gotten through putting animals through stress, sufferings and existential crisis. These animals are sentient and can suffer. We evidently see this.
This consumptions also taint us physically and mentally, increasing susceptibility to cancers, prostate problems and different diseases. You are actually during yourself a favour when you go vegan, natural, organic and upright.
