Spy you know I am among those who believed Arteta should be given time to mature. This season was his to win something, and we didn't even have a teacup to show for it. Spurs or ManU will still get something to celebrate... But for us NOTHING.

If I am his employer, despite believing in his quality, I will have to accept that something is missing in him or he doesn't have the luck needed to win, I will therefore relief him of the job and try another hand.

But then we are stuck with him for next season, and I cannot hold my breath on him, I just have to pray and hope something good comes out of him finally.
