No any pre-university exam beats JAMB, as of today. That's the fact in Nigeria. DesChyko: EDGEof2MORO: Why una dey make fuss out of this? Yoy ask people, dem say dey no understand my point? Lol...While I admit that the statement is indeed incorrect, I'll have you know that I habitually treat quirks on NL rather colloquially than formally. Meanwhile, do you two know that if they set the most complex English exam for the three of us or anyone in your states that you prefer to nominate, I will trump you? Pick a date later in the year, let's slug it out on IELTS or SAT standard set of English exams. We'll download the softwares and make it the model. Let's chip in 500K each to make the prize 1.5M, winner takes it all. I bet I'll not prepare for the test and still trounce you two or your nominees. ![]() Mentions of una grammar nazis wan dey too much for me. |

If you begin shouting that they should scrap jamb and whatnot... I always thought you couldn't pass 200 in JAMB, so prefer miracle centers of WAEC and NECO mode of things that could not be replicated in JAMB, simple. |

haybhi1:With the prevalent lack of comprehension, narrow-mind and unteachable spirits displayed on social media especially here on Nairaland by majority of the Youth - No critical thinking; broader view of life is zero - I already knew that passing JAMB will be a herculean task to such generation! |

Thank you, Chief Osita Chidoka, for your perspective on the 2025 JAMB results and the steps being taken to address public concerns. While I appreciate the transparency demonstrated by JAMB in their efforts to review the results and address the issues in Lagos and the South East, it is important to acknowledge that there are still significant concerns that need further scrutiny. Firstly, the fact that these issues have affected specific regions raises questions about the robustness of JAMB's internal systems and the consistency of its examination process nationwide. While re-marking of scripts is a step in the right direction, it is troubling that such discrepancies occurred in the first place, especially in a national examination system that impacts millions of students. Moreover, the transparency of the review process, though commendable, should not overshadow the urgency of addressing the root causes of these issues. Was there a failure in the technical infrastructure or an oversight in the initial assessment? What steps are being taken to ensure that such errors do not recur in future examinations? These are questions that need clear and detailed answers. While I understand that JAMB has made efforts to communicate and engage with stakeholders, the delay in providing formal feedback to affected candidates and the public is a concern. In such critical matters, especially in an examination system that has such a profound impact on students' futures, swift and thorough communication is essential. Any prolonged uncertainty only exacerbates public frustration and diminishes trust in the institution. I listened to the JAMB spokesman on TVC, it was disappointing, disturbing and discouraging. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wTsh4to1FFs?si=AXgjh8L-1FeqYPQk In conclusion, while JAMB’s efforts to review the 2025 results are commendable, the focus must now be on the students preparing for their upcoming WAEC exams. These students have worked hard, and they deserve a fair and reliable system that reflects their efforts. It is not all of them that are on social media and the ones that put so much effort into succeeding should not be cheated. We cannot afford to set a bad example, as we did with INEC, where unresolved issues undermined public trust. It’s vital that we restore confidence in our examination processes, ensuring that students get the results they deserve and can move forward without doubt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__sORmdTC1Q?si=CDtLPqa4_IaRezDW |

🇳🇬 we Nigerians are too hypocritical. We all know the root cause of this mass failure but we all act as if we don't know. Issokay, let's continue blaming JAMB while leaving out the real culprits who actually are the parents, the school owners and the government. |

shortgun:This is not what he said." Randomly selected script for re- marking" translates to verification of original results. If a server glitch occurs without a log in JAMB server, means the CBT centers tried funny things. |

Students complained of computer glitches but the truth remains that computer based test are difficult because some answers are almost similar that even when you are sure of the answer ,you remain confused and because you are working against time , you follow your instinct. |
