Attached are screenshot of HR job openings in Ardova Petroleum, Nestoil and UBA. If u just go through search on LinkedIn there are tons of these job openings in different top tier companies across different industries from Oil and gas to banking, to fintech, tech companies like LG electronics in Nigeria, etc.

He knows u are saying the truth but he won't agree.

People go to school to give themselves options, and this is why they go for certain courses and fields when deciding on what to study.

I can study Engineering, and get a job after graduation as an Engineer, then midway decide I want to become a HR professional, and with 300K I'd become one. That I have that option, I'm in a more advantageous position over someone that doesn't have such flexibility available.

Microbiologists are not working anywhere. I know of a few in UK that never landed a job in the field. One had to do another X amount of years to convert to Medicine

Engineering graduate

Started with KPMG tax, moved to Oil Industry as a field engineer, In the same company went to Head their HR, Now going back to Engineering

So STEM grad, went to Accounting, went to Engineering and went to HR, now back to Engineering. That is the option and flexibility we are talking about

Other than the fact that non-STEM courses are generally easier (BlueRayDick disagrees ), they still haven't provided any significant advantage of studying most non-STEM courses over any STEM course.
