I already have my letter of admission form the university of tubingen and I can't defar my admission (cause they don't allow deferment) expected to resume October 2025 my possible ad will come December -February.

Apply to OTH Amberg Weiden they are currently open and they give admission within a week, the only problem is that you need to do VPD from Uniassist and it takes about 2 weeks. You can check them on google to see if they have the course you want.

Late this year (nov-dec), if the pace remains the same. They are currently at end of August, 2023. They could also end up speeding up, so keep alert because yours is not really that far now.
