I stay in Lagos pay my tax to Lagos state government , even when I'm not working for Lagos state government and still people are angry that i benefited from government incentives , some of them don't even pay Tax

We think we're moving forward when we're actually retrogressing. My neighbour in lagos who's ibo trained a Muslim apprentice free of charge and bought instruments for him. He's into roofing and aluminium work. His parents just gave him to the man cos they had nothing. Only poor people fight this fight . The rich in Nigeria don't know tribalism. No wonder they keep using and dumping you.

Who is talking above payment of WAEC fee for all the students? A lot of governors and LGA chairmen do that.
The question I asked is will that boy get praises like that if he was a Yoruba boy in Igbo land? Will the Igbo chairman praise him like that?
This is not about jealousy or frustration it has to do with the fact that no Igbo chairman will do that.

There was a thread yesterday where these guys were just beating chest ...for a record being held for over a decade by igbos...I just knew that before long an Igbo chap will be announced to score a higher mark... grin

Moreover do u know how many Yorubas under scholarship from igbos? I have 2 northerners schooling in kebbi and gombe right now under my scholarship..they served me diligently and we're born n brought up here before their fathers insisted they go back to school in their places..

Here is the bitter truth, one person can not fight tribalism cos most individuals that grew up in remote setting are groomed that way and as they grow, it becomes their philosophy.
