The next thing we will see babies in gutters because adoption laws are so strict and so expensive. Atleast these babies been thrown in gutters are more beautiful. A 16 year old girl pregnant with her parents who are adult fully aware don't want a baby and it's your problem. The problem should be who is paying for this baby. If its a couple, and every family is aware and in support what is the government problem when the baby will still have a better life.

The problem is slippery slope and unintended consequences. You have simply legalized baby factory - people will herd girls and force them to birth babies which will then be sold. How can you prove it's not all voluntary?

The only problem here is that money was exchanged and the govt wasn't involved.
Would it be better if the baby suffers in her hands with an uncertain future, while she has her own future ambitions truncated as a single mother?

I have a small doubt in my mind. I don't believe the baby was recovered. There is a hidden national & international crime going on:
- ritual murder of babies ( local)
- human parts markets ( medical)
- very evil , demoniac wealthy ppl, mostly European elites, whose fantasy ist raping babies to death.

They should go through the right process, at least so that whoever adopts the baby would be monitored for the welfare of the child

My candid advise:

If the biological mother can not take xare of the baby and the intending buyer can do so, they should just let buyer adopt the baby except the buyer wants to use the baby for something harmful.

They should not subject that new baby's life to poverty.
