What happened to the old-fashioned way of just winding down your windows before approaching a police checkpoint?

All my cars have tinted windows, and honestly, getting tint permits for them is just a headache right now, especially how the process is. Also, does one tint permit cover all your cars, or is it one per vehicle?
They will ask you to wind up oh

I don witness am before.

And it's one per vehicle. 14,200 is way too much.

this tinted permit is nothing but extortion and another way to generate revenue, if they claimed is for security reason, then why issue permit instead of asking everyone not to use tinted glass at all.

I don't know how this permit will stop criminals from committing crimes.

every paramilitary force in Nigeria is now generating revenue for the government...

Way too much. Given the fact that one has to renew it yearly, not one time like the old one.

this is what impatience and negativity causes in people's mind, I didn't open my other whatsapp that yesterday and my wifi has been off since midnight due to power outage, I was just able to charge it today and picked it up just few minutes ago only for me to open the whatsapp and see his message, I believe when he texted me around that pass 12, the message didn't drop.

even if I didn't respond on-time, does that mean he should text me that message.
I don't get. Is it not the same number the 3 people u concluded with used to message u?
U mean to tell me in less than 5hrs of posting here, u concluded with 3 people? Hmmm... On top 9k daily. Outside don red o

The guy planning to drive at night. I will advise you to shelf that idea. As a newbie. 6a.m to 7pm is enough time to work.

The driver that was fatally stabbed at Obalende taking a trip from chevron. I think that was December 2024.
He is a veteran with years of experience under his belt. He belongs to our watsap group. We didn't even know it was him until his pictures started circulating across groups.
The case was so tragic at that time, the Lagos CP personally had to do a press conference on the case.

He left an aged mother, siblings ,fiancee and other friends in deep sorrow. Yes, the perpetrators were caught and they are still in detention. But, can it bring back that precious life ?. A young man full of energy.
Funny thing, the app companies didn't batt an eyelid. Business must continue. ..

Life is more precious than money. There's always another day to make money in ehailing.
Hope it’s not giveranonymous ?

Bro, this current administration has honestly been the toughest I’ve experienced.

Imagine spending ₦400k every month just on food and small miscellaneous stuff. That’s not even counting the other major expenses.

Some of my businesses, sales dropped badly because people now see the products as luxury they can’t afford. That’s why I’m seriously considering getting back into the e-hailing business, just to survive And now they’re trying to frustrate us further with things like tint permit and increased license renewal fees.

This government is milking every sector, yet we don’t see any real improvements in the lives of average Nigerians. At this point, there’s no middle class anymore,it’s either you’re rich or you’re poor.

Meanwhile, one APC midget will be out here claiming this government is working for everyone, even though he’s quietly dying inside and looking for car rentals to survive

I am always laughing when people here respond to comments from APC fanboys about how Nigeria is good.

Nobody can gaslight me.

After you praise Tinubu on NL and X, and worship him for repaying an IMF loan, you'll drop your phone and go and face reality

You'll buy fuel at 880 or 1040 for diesel
You'll buy brake disc at 55k
You'll buy shocks at 50k

These things do not respond to cho cho cho.

When you praise Tinubu finish, go and face your life alone.

My brother, Nigeria has made us who we never imagined becoming. Ur vision is not clear anymore and everyone is just living and managing life... someone posted some other time for people to choose 6m in nigeria or 2k pounds in Uk and I said no matter what I will gladly choose 2k in Uk than 6m in nigeria because, 2k pounds is a reality in Uk if u work but 6m is an imagination in nigeria and 75 percent of the population of nigeria may not earn that monthly in their life time... the country has really truncated our vision and hope and we now pray for everything. It is well
