Use Damatol and any anti fungal cream, preferably the one that contains clotrimazole. Everyday

Desist from using your bathing soap from washing your hair while taking your bath. Every 3 days use shampoo to wash your hair. Don't wash your hair everyday 3 days interval is okay. Thank me later.

Also, use normal baby oil to cream your hair, not all this conventional cream.

Go and cut off the hair and wash it with lime and thanks me later

Please go to the hospital and see a doctor. It might be "seborrheic dermatitis". It will require treatment because shampoo's won't work.

Op if you have tried shampoo and it doesn't work, then this suggestion above might help. Give it a try

How can one cure dandruff?

Anytime i go to the salon to cut my hair, white stuffs is seen flying everywhere, like powder being blown by breeze!
Inside the following week after the barbing, after a while when through with my bath, my head will be shinning all white with dry white flakes falling from my head. Maybe when my hair is now fully grown back, nobody notices the white stuff again. After sometime when i visit the salon again for an hair-cut, the problem continues again!

NOTE: i have tried many solutions but no one has been effective! How do i get it off my hair/head?

How sure are you it's dandruff?
Dandruffs should respond to common shampoos and the rest.
It could be scalp psoriasis.
Pls see a dermatologist!

Seeing Damatol in your recommendation made me believe. The best hair cream.

Stop leaving your hair to grow for too long before you Barb it……make sure water touch your scalp and wash with antiseptic soap when having your bath and apply damatol every day both morning and night after your bath.

It's your scalp, just like someone commented above.

Interestingly I have same condition

Mine is even also on part of nose and even on beards.

I don’t know what I eventually did.

But I know I use black soap. I know I use ori cream. Been battling it forever.

If i enter house now screen shot all the different trial and error.

For the face. Cos my father and brother have same. There is one Ghanaian cream stuff my father bought and gave me.

But my fellow executive. Dr hilder. friend told me. It’s for life. Say my pickin go get am sef.. I said well. Good. Don’t need dna then.

Buy a good shampoo and wash your hair. Spray a 50/50 mix of apple cedar vinegar and water on the hair every 2 days, in 2 weeks, you will see results.

Op, just cut off your hair. Everything must be cut off make breeze dey enter your head. Make your head be kodo and you must cut am every week

Next time you cut your hair... Do the following after the haircut:

1) Dispose your clipper and buy a new one
2) Sterilize your hairbrush/comb that you use on your hair
3) Use hair oil on your hair instead of hair cream
4) sterilize your towel
5) Always go to the Babershop with your own hairbrush and comb.

For hair lice, yes. But dandruff is not a transmittable infection. It's not even an infection. It's just a reaction that requires management. It has no cure.
