That particular parrot is expensive it can't be flying freely , right owner is in your estate,ask around or ask the parrot the name of it owner or people in their house.

Before I go into detail of what happened, it should be understood that where I reside is a very well civilized environment so I don't expect such occurrence to arise
A large bird from nowhere entered into the passage of my house. It was as though the bird was chased by something. I never waited as i took hold of the mop I saw around to pin it down to avoid it from flying away.
I searched the whole house for whatever I could use to cage it. Actually, I noticed the bird was unique and that was why I decided to keep it. At last I was able to find a breakable plate racket whereby I quickly emptied the plates so that I could keep the bird safe in there. I succeeded and right now I can successfully celebrate the eighth day with my African grey parrot.It has started talking self. Our love for each other has no bound. Thanks for coming into my life from nowhere.

You better get it tested for diseases to avoid stories that touch. You don't know where it has been and the pathogens it carries which may be harmful to humans.

Don't let it die of loneliness. If it’s a female, go buy a male partner for the birdie. If it's a male, go buy a female, so you can rqise offsprings and before you know it, you have a new business of selling parrots. Also, get a very big cage for proper aeration and light penetration

You too get sense .. in Gambia here one grey parrot is about 10000 dalasi .. I am not joking if you no wan buy make you go .. ogah go and do the needful there is money in parrot trade .. if you can get the green multi color like parrot that’s look blue from reo or something u may crossbreed .

I don't think a parrot that has been in the wild can start talking within 8days, it's obvious the bird lost its way.....It has been living with someone else.

That looks like an endangered grey African parrot which is famed for being quickest to talk and almost extinct.

It acted as though it has never been trained by anyone before. It was acting very wild when it came first but now calm.

That's African grey parrot that is hard to find, except in Congo DRC where they're easily found but not easy to study. It's a rare parrot.

The species is common in captivity and regularly kept by humans as a companion parrot, prized for its ability to mimic human speech, which makes it one of the most popular avian pets. An escaped pet in Japan was returned to his owner after repeating the owner's name and address.

Grey parrots are notorious for mimicking noises heard in their environment and using them tirelessly. They are highly intelligent birds, needing extensive behavioural and social enrichment as well as extensive attention in captivity or else they may become distressed.

Make sure you feed it with fruits and nuts and interact with it as much as you can. Otherwise, you set it free because they easily get distressed without adequate attention.

It eats groundnuts. That's the bird's favorite food.

A house i do visit while i was small do have this bird caged in the parlor passage. It talks.
