She wants you to leave her alone.
Thank you for your cooperation.

uniquelyspecial:
She's been out of form since the last season.
I hope she regains her form, and run better times .

She was in same event, and ran an SB of 12.54secs I think.
For the two Diamond league meets for this year, she ran 12.7... and 12.66 secs respectively.

Lets see how she progresses into the world championship

Hope she gets back to her best. It's all win win for Nigeria. Maybe we could be the next Jamaica of Africa

Unfortunately, it takes more than hoping.

Recall that AFN couldn't get out relay teams to Guangzhou for the 2025 World Athletic Relays that was held last week.
African nations including Liberia, Ghana, Botswana, Cote d'voir, and South Africa and more were in attendance oo.

Congrats to her..
Nigeria's sprint sensation, Favour Chukwuka Ofili has smashed the world record in the women's 150m. The 22-year-old "Star Girl" as she is fondly called competes in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay.

Ofili ran a fastest time in history (15.85 secs) on the long track of the Atlanta’s Piedmont Park, eclipsing the previous world record held by Bahamian Shaunae Miller-Uibo who ran 16.23secs in 2018. Miller went on to win Gold in the 400m at both the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Olympics events.
Tamari Davis placed second still below the previous world record, returning at 16.14 secs.

Before now, no female athlete has run below 16 secs.

The 150m is not contested at major meets like the Olympics and World Championships.
She's from Delta State. That's where the "Ofili" name is commonly used.

God bless every well-meaning Nigerian out there.
