Is this a secondary school football club? I thought that since Akpabio set a precedent of excellence in sporting and recreational facilities, any other one after that should take the Uyo stadium as the least standard. I know that this stadium may be older than Uyo Stadium, but any renovation should at least put it on par with what has been set. Trust me, this is equivalent to some secondary school stadia. But how come everywhere outside the stadium is in near complete darkness. I saw the aerial night view picture of the Galatasaray stadium.during their league title wining match against Kayserispor last weekend and i was in awe....don't think I've seen a stadium and its surrounding look so beautiful 3 Likes |

I dnt even believe in building one giant good stadium.... U prefer the obi style of mini stadia scattered around all LG.. He said when he built three during his time.. that these stadia will serve it's purpose as sport people are scattered all around the state.. u dnt expect them to transport for long distance to get to the one and only giant stadium in the state capital... Just to jogg or practice football or volleyball or tennis... It has to b close to every local government... So because of this he built three sport Mimi stadia.... |
