Yes you seem to make a good point but your last statement is you clearly trying to justify criminality in other words sympathizing with criminals. If we begin to move with such mentality then almost every criminal has a story to justify their actions.

Criminality is a choice, it’s a way of life, you can fight the system or you can join the system.
