Tinubu needs to have very tough discussions with bordering countries. If they cannot secure their countries and borders then there needs to be serious consequences. The flow of people between Niger and Nigeria also needs to be stopped and a mass expulsion of Nigeriens needs to be done. If they want to come in, they need to come in with proper papers.
