I eat ordinary food twice a day without meat or fish. I eat once in the weekends without meat or fish. And the kind of food I eat is expensive as a Type 1 Diabetic. I never fit see food eat na come meat

Because of your condition, you are suppose to eat mostly proteins, and you get that mostly from meat, fish etc

Eating meat everyday is not bad for your health. Your body requires about 60-80g of protein every day for adults.

Right now, I am ordinary pump attendant in a fuel station, but I don't beg, I eat meat as I like and still save. Some guys do come once in awhile to beg for N200 but they can't do the job I'm doing. It's below their standards. By month end my total hustle is over 150k. Very Small but I eat meat and I don't beg.
