When they settle matters you say the court has been influenced by Tinubu, now they have said parties should follow their constitution that one self still no do?
Well if they want to press the matter, it's simple, approach the supreme Court for interpretation of the section of their that is giving rise to two National Secretaries

Well said brother.. It is apparent that a lot of folks on this Nairaland are not too bright upstairs..

Imagine saying someone that feather weight politicians like Abure derive pleasure in disrespecting at will would automatically and suddenly command the respect of political sharks and snakes like Wike and Saraki in PDP because he simply enjoys a large fan base amongst the large section of the youths from the South East..

Isn't that the equivalence of pitting a wizkid or Davido against a Mayweather on the boxing ring because they command a large fan base of gen-z kids?

How do you know the PDP rules and regulations were broken? Even if rules were broken, there are still rules to be followed to prosecute who broke the rule.

If the party decides not to punish who's breaking the rule, there's nothing the court can do about it

It is not every issue or quarrel the courts will settle. Courts do not have unfettered jurisdiction. Politics is for politicians and law is for lawyers and the courts. Politicians will not do the work of the courts, also the courts will not dabble into the arena of politics. If a political party cannot manage it's affairs, it will end up as the biggest loser. A political party cannot hang it's lack of discipline and structure around the court's neck like an albatross.

The PDP rules and constitution says that any person that wants to contest for a political positions have to resign from it's current.position...Samuel anyanwu contested for imo state governorship election but he refused to resign from it's positions as the national secretary of PDP at that time and still lost the governorship election and still came back to claim himself as the national secretary of PDP where he supposed to resign according to the PDP constitution and rules.
Samuel anyanwu is loyal to wike and wike is using him to destabilize and destroy PDP..in which PDP would had suspended wike and Samuel anyanwu..ok no problem.I do not even see PDP as a serious party ..they are filled up with selfish and greedy members and not united
