Four of the 11 inmates who escaped from Orleans Parish Jail by squeezing through a hole behind a toilet have been recaptured, officials confirmed Monday.

The escape occurred Sunday night after inmates removed a toilet and accessed a maintenance tunnel. A citywide manhunt led to the capture of four escapees within 24 hours. Seven remain at large.

Sheriff Susan Hutson pledged continued efforts to apprehend the rest.

African Americans need value reorientation.
These folks commit most of the cri.mes in America and turn around to blame the system for it. From a young age, they have been exposed to all manner of cri.mes and they don't like going to school.
