Is it that people can not survive without being citizens of western countries? I know millions of Americans that are suffering and ready to sell their citizenship if allowed.

So that means the same group of people involved in the scam are also on Nairaland.

Nairaland admins can help by tracing them using their login credentials (email info, IP etc) and report to the EFCC, that's assuming your claim is genuine.
They register the ID just to report posts in this thread, they don’t post. These criminals don’t register here with genuine details, so it’s pointless tracking them. People just have to be careful
