Hope you also know several American citizens that have never stepped outside USA before, who are leaving poor and homeless.
And that's nobody's fault.

I wonder if our politicians and elites in Nigeria don't just see the progress going on in USA, China, India, south Korea etc and say I want something like this in my country too instead of just looting and sharing money most of them don't know anything else, they don't think of making any impact, they prefer to loot the resources in Nigeria to establish their family abroad.
Might sound like a joke buh this isn't funny

The future is already here.

This is why I don't joke with science fiction movies.

They must have a deep relationship with the controllers of the Matrix.
Who are the "They" you're referring to? What do you mean by "Controllers of the Matrix"?

In the short term these robots will be said to help man, make life easier for Man, make humans do less redundant, stressful jobs etc

The ultimate goal of this robots will be Control, these things some people are marvelling about will be what powers that be will use to control and enforce. What's even the benefit of these robots to the average human? Did we ask for any of these robots?

Seems when you get to a certain level of wealth, one loses their humanity just like these billionaires are doing.

A time will come when these things will become an integral part of everyday life.

People will walk past them while doing routine tasks and what not. Some may even be sent to Mars to explore the red planet and even other earth-like planets in our galaxy.

damnnn, what was once science fiction is steadily becoming reality all while most african countries are battling with stable power supply.

Same species, different mindset smiley
I wonder why man (especially Americans) is/are so in love with the idea of living on that Mars, what's so special about Mars? These Billionaires sha, seems like anything they do or say is correct. Spending so much time and effort on Mars.

Nigerians leaders and politicians are busy looting, they have no clue the tsunami that will hit us in 30 years time.

The speed is crazy! Seriously crazy.

I'm into tech, I've seen stuff... If one don't align, one will be jobless in the next 2 years.

Google just released Veo 3, what that stuff can do in video creation is CRAZY. In 2-5 years time, one can make complete movie at home in less than an hour

Not just jobs but an inactive human is abnormal and leads to health complications. Humans were made to be active like animals not lazy and have everything done for them by robots especially basic physical activities.

You do not understand. This is not about the politicians. It is about us Nigerians. We are selfish, self centered, and unkind. The mindset is always about me and my family alone. That is the real Nigerian mentality. It is not only politicians who live in luxury. Many people are out drinking Azul and Hennessy, going to clubs, spending money on prostitutes, but refusing to invest or create opportunities for others. This way of thinking is everywhere, from the bottom to the top. Nigerians will spend millions on parties while their own relatives are suffering. Stop blaming politicians. They are simply a reflection of who we are as a people.
I think I'm the only one that sees this. Thank God more people are seeing it.
We are currently terrible as a people and our society is awful the reason we produce those we have as leaders. We're too self-centered in thought and actions. Societal value is meaningless of I can't manipulate it to my favor, heaping blame on everyone except you etc.
It's mind reorientation that that we urgently need as a people before anything else

Our mentality is to steal money , take it over there, go an enjoy their facilities and technology, then come back to tell the fools that defend them how advanced the white world is , while their defenders will applaud them and celebrate them for the experience

I watched it, it can hold a flawless conversation, It will easily replace teachers and the need to go to school.
Children will be home taught in all subjects.
It can be a PA as well, run errands.
This will wipe out thousands of non-technical jobs.
Now they're training it to do household chores.

It will also affect the rate of marriages as some people marry because they need someone around to talk to and support with home stuff.
Baby mama and daddy will be rampant with this.

No robot can ever replace a human being in all tasks.
Yes, it's good to make progress. But how far can you go to perfect it?

I understand, but I believe the drive to colonize other planets is more about survival than ambition.

Humanity and earth are vulnerable to external threats like comets or cataclysmic asteroids, similar to what wiped out the dinosaurs.

Considering these risks, spreading to other planets in our galaxy feels like a logical step for survival and possibly to expand our consciousness.

I just hope nuclear powers don’t destroy the planet before we achieve this, as that seems like the most immediate threat.
