And one thing you must understand too is that there is no money to be made from a high cost location. It means everyone will be buying goods and services very costly. In other words, no money to save at the end! Lets stop deceiving ourselves. All of them are the same thing. Your 250k in Lagos is the same with 80k in Niger state. You will struggle to make both the 250k and 80k and still complain both are high! Again, "No difference!" fineboynl: |

No where can you manage a hundred thousand naira in state capital in Nigeria except you are still dreaming. Go to Chibok in Karina or where ever. |

Trustmea:Keffi is good but expensive because it's a student area. You fit try, Nasarawa ToTo or Even Obi. But my take here, Houses are cheap in Gidan Zakara, ANGWA Tofa, Uke both Upper and Lower. There are good schools (PRIVATE) if you don't want to Attend GSS. Food is cheap too. For those wey like night life, you can come through In Keffi, which not more than 20 minutes drive. Or you go to Jennabis in Kuchikau |

post=135459614:Onitsha is cheaper than lagos and many cities that have been mentioned here, I relocated from lagos to Onitsha and believe me things are way more cheaper than when I was in lagos, struggling to get everything at exorbitant prices. |

I stayed at ikirun in Osun state near the capital Oshogbo accomodation and feeding was cheap, light was very regular almost 24 hrs. I used hot plate to cook all through. in terms of electricity they finish work. I have also lived in uyo and I can tell you that there are no jobs in uyo, only the high brow areas have up to 12 hrs light e.g ewet housing and my brother their rent are in millions. the rural areas no get light, they are adverse to non indigenes and quite local. fineeyez: |

fineeyez:While you include Abakaliki, please be informed that it is not a cheap place to live, especially considering high cost of rent. However, constant electricity, good road network and good communication network (depending on where you live and network provider) are things you can enjoy. Anyways, if the poorest of the poor can survive in Abakaliki, you definitely will with about 100k. |

Love800:I understand you my man. You just helped me explain my point; I didn't even put examples. If you work in Jabi, Maitama or Wuse, minimum you'll ask for even as a cleaner is 50-80k. And they might pay... But you'll discover someone working in Gwagwalada and earning 40k will achieve more with their salary than you that earn 80k in the same Abuja. Transport will take 60k from you, while Gwags person might not even pay transport in a month to go to work |

Cti28:Do you know fruit market in Dakwa and the one in Zuba? I come there to buy fruits and they are very cheap as they sell wholesale. Also, protein is very very cheap at the DeiDei livestock market. Ask around and don't assume. There are self con of 80k in Abuja (Zauda, Gwagwa, Jibi, Jiwa etc). These are slum environments but thousands of people live and enter the city center from these places. Once again, I say don't assume, move around. |

ChybuzzDD:Gboko is safe. He only indicated the OP did not make any reference to security and you started thinking to the moon and back. Who told you Gboko is unsafe to start with. So you assume everywhere in Benue state is under siege? It is your type that think all parts of Nigeria you have never been to are on fire. You cooked up your interpretation to what he said! Stop overthinking. |

ChybuzzDD:Lagos belongs to every Yoruba same way anambara belongs to every Ibo. Everyone has its own so y should u b worried about how others handle their own? A Yoruba person doesn't care about what happens in your 5 plots of land but everyday u Ibos want to dictate what happens in Yoruba land |

Sharpsharp00123: But you were recently deported back to your state from LagosAnd today, there was a thread about the Lagos state authorities finding you migrants from Ogun and Oyo a menacing nuisance, which means the final deportation of your remnants is in the pipeline. https://www.nairaland.com/8431487/ogun-oyo-indigenes-top-criminal/2#135459663 |
